Children

Having good mental health, helps us relax more, achieve more, and enjoy our lives more. We understand that children and adults may be feeling anxious, stressed, sad, lonely, or frustrated at some point. We sign post all of our children, adults, and school community to the ‘Every Mind Matters’ website: https://www.nhs.uk/oneyou/every-mind-matters/.

Here, you can access simple steps to better mental health, as well as a free action plan. There are other links at the bottom of this webpage where you can find more support.

Organisations that can help

Your emotional wellbeing is just as important as your physical health. Good mental health allows you to cope with whatever you may experience.

If you are concerned about a child’s mental, CAHMS is a service that supports children and young people (up to age 18) with their emotional and mental health and wellbeing.

CAMHS will work together with you and your family to decide what support you need to have good mental health and wellbeing. https://www.annafreud.org/on-my-mind/youth-wellbeing/find-a-service-near-you/halton-camhs/
